JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the transition of invoices to AP and Purchasing system (Ivalua).
• Tasks will involve reviewing invoices, validating invoice data capture, and entering data as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 0 - 2 or more years of relevant experience OR
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience OR
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
• Analytical abilities, time management.
• Accounts Payable knowledge required.
• Purchasing, IDC/OCR, and iValua knowledge helpful but not required.
