Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.

RWB has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Manager on-site at our HQ located in Mentor, OH.

• Plan, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of accounts payable clerks and specialists.
• Assign tasks, set performance standards, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
• Ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Manage the vendor payment process, including check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Handle the company's transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
• Automate and streamline accounts payable processes to increase efficiency.
• Perform the company's financial audits
• Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
• Create financial reports based on data analysis

PM21

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in working in Accounting or Finance

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory position

Computer Skills:

Expert in Microsoft office suite, familiar with ERP systems such as MAS 500

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with both management and non-management employees.
