Schedule - Monday-Friday Graveyard Shift 7:30pm-4:00am
Full Time - Pay Range $85,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience

Summary
•         Support users by answering application questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes, and escalating support cases as needed.
•  Lead efforts to implement application best practices.
•  Review and improve companywide application processes and procedures.
•  Create and maintain training documentation and facilitate in-person training as needed.
•  Install and configure software and software updates regularly.
•  Customize software to meet internal needs when requested.
•  Primary Support focus of Epicor Prophet 21 and WMS Solution.

Duties and Responsibilities
•  Provide comprehensive support for enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
•  Maintain and optimize application performance through regular review and tuning.
•  Document and track application changes, user requests, and issues resolved.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance application functionality to suit business needs.
•  Provide team member training on new applications, as needed.
•  Contribute to the development of the IT team through cross-training.
•  Back up the System Support Team during absences.

Epicor Prophet 21 Responsibilities
•  Serve as the primary contact for all Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) application support queries.
•  Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and security/permissions.
•  Troubleshoot P21 issues, working closely with the vendor when necessary.
•  Develop custom solutions within P21 to streamline business processes.
•  Test and support changes made using the DynaChange tool that customizes screens for team members’ needs.
•  Assist in web UI implementation.
•  Facilitate change testing across various departments within the company.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
•  Track and manage support cases opened through Epicor’s support portal.

  PathGuide or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
•  Serve as the primary contact for all WMS application support queries.
•  Manage and support integrations with warehouse management systems (WMS).
•  Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and security.
•  Troubleshoot WMS issues, working closely with the vendor when necessary.
•  Participate in upgrade procedures and conduct testing as needed.

Education/Experience/Skills
•  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
•  Minimum 1-3 years of experience in application support or a related field is preferred.
•  Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems.
•  Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
•  Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
•  Some knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
•  Experience in creating and managing reports, preferably with Crystal Reports.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately.
•  Demonstrated success in working independently and in a team setting.
•  Excellent communication skills and ability to work with staff with varying levels of technical expertise.
•  High degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity.
•  Able to work sitting or standing and to move freely throughout the facility.
•  Able to lift and carry equipment and supplies.
•  Able to work beyond normal business hours if necessary.
