Clinical Healthcare Product Owner
12+ month contract
100% remote (Must be CST or EST)

Responsibilities
The Product Owner will be assisting in UAT, regression testing and writing User Stories.
Assist product team with feature intake, documentation, and scoring as feedback comes in from internal stakeholders as well as external customers.
Conduct acceptance testing and regression testing to ensure production release readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, end users, and internal teams, to understand their needs and gather requirements.
Assist in defining and prioritizing product features or user stories based on customer value and business goals.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and refined.
Work closely with Cross functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Create and distribute internal communications regarding product release readiness, release timelines, and production deployments.
Manage various aspects of internal solution setup and configuration to support the customer facing teams.
Coordinate production support issue resolution and status updates between product development teams, support, and customer success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of Healthcare Product Owner experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Constant learner with a curious mindset
Self-discipline for performing quality work and a self-starter capable of working independently.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Detail oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools such as Aha! or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Understanding of clinical operations within a healthcare setting, electronic health record (EHR) solutions, clinic or scheduling and billing processes is beneficial.
