What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and crisis interventions.
• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with a variety of mental health needs.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, nursing staff, and facility leadership to develop patient treatment plans.
• Support and enhance behavioral health programs within the correctional setting.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
• Ensure a professional, therapeutic, and ethical environment for all patients.

What You Bring:

• Education & Licensing: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited program. Must have an active, unrestricted license to practice in the state.
• Experience: Prior experience in mental health, correctional, forensic, or crisis intervention settings preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Compassionate, assertive, and able to establish trust with patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
