The Field Organizer will work under the supervision of the Manager of Mobilization and Field Strategy and in close collaboration with a team of organizers, as well as TCP staff, coalition partners, and community members. The Organizer will work on behalf of both The Connecticut Project, where they are an employee, and The Connecticut Project Action Fund, an affiliated 501c4 of TCP. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Team Structure and Reporting
TCP's Advocacy & External Affairs Team consists of Marketing & Communications, Mobilization & Field Strategy, and Policy & Advocacy. This position reports to the Manager of Mobilization and Field Strategy.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is full-time, operating in a hybrid environment designed for feasibility for staff across Connecticut. Compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 and commensurate with experience. Applicants should live in or be willing to relocate to the targeted region.
