Sewickley Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Middle School Baseball Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing our middle school baseball program. This is a part-time position that requires a commitment to after-school practices and games.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive baseball program for middle school students
- Plan and lead daily practices and games
- Teach and reinforce fundamental skills and techniques
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Availability to work after-school hours
