Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy. Able to communicate effectively by speaking and writing in Arabic is a plus. Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates. Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation training for new employees, ensuring them a smooth and efficient transition into the company. Keep track of local labour law and regulations updates, assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee’s engagement surveys, one-on-one meetings and exit interviews, analyse employees’ feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement, assist to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through implementing engagement initiatives and organizing team building and cultural activities. Assist in design and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Handle general HR administrative tasks, maintain HR databases and generate HR reports and analytics when needed.
