Requirements of an HVAC Installer:
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Installer
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Relevant HVAC license and certifications in state of CT
  • MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
