Ryder is immediately hiring for Manufacturing/Assembly Line Team Leads in Burlington, NC

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $15.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour more once training is successfully completed.
• Overtime Pay $22.50 per hour
• Schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday 4:30 pm - 1:30 am; Training period will last 6 weeks on the day shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Proficient with simple mathematical calculations
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency in operating a computer and hand-held scanner

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct customer product is on the correct production line
• Assemble line sample
• Train line associates on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements
• Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly
• Responsible for line clearance and reconciliation process
• Call for components and product from Warehouse when needed
• Verify all lot codes and labels are correct when product and materials are delivered to the line
• Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with QMS, safety and GMPs
