Position Highlights:

Compensation: $20/hour base pay, with bonuses that can bring your hourly rate up to $35 or more based on performance.
Location: Remote, with occasional on-site work (Union Square area) for content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Strategy
Analyze and identify the ideal target audience.
Develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
Create and maintain marketing materials across various channels.
Marketing Financials
Manage and track the marketing budget.
Allocate resources across channels and assess ROI for campaigns.
Marketing Communications
Maintain regular communication with the owner to discuss strategies and progress.
Develop and manage customer outreach, including email newsletters and text campaigns.
Design advertisements and targeted marketing campaigns.
Marketing Operations
Create and manage content for social media, email, and the website.
Plan promotions, events, and ad campaigns.
Update and optimize the website for SEO.
Foster community and business-to-business partnerships.
Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
