Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our growing team. The Product team is comprised of over 15 members working across our diverse portfolio of SaaS products around the globe.
Over the past couple of years, the team has worked and continues to work on building out a new suite of products that aims to combine and improve the value and use cases offered by our five foundation products. We are excited to be approaching the launch of these new products and aim to ensure smooth & successful Customer Migrations to the new product offerings.
This role will be a key part of that success! You should be passionate about the Customer Journey and a skilled Product Owner with a history of leading or helping customer migrations between products. You also thrive in investigating details of how customers' use products, and truly understanding the end-to-end user journey.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for mapping the customer journey and identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities to improve the journey ensuring the customers are engaged and aligned with the migration to the new platform.
- Learn and deeply understand each of the foundation products and help prioritize work to ensure successful customer migrations and become a Subject Matter Expert on the Customer Journeys.
- Partner with Account Managers and Client Success to ensure a smooth journey and transition between the foundation products and the new Altrata platform.
- Hold Voice of the Customer sessions with Clients to better understand the user journey & curate feedback to aid in improving customer migration.
- Develop user stories that directly influence the Altrata Platform and promote a seamless customer transition.
Who You Are - Significant experience with migrating customers between technology platforms, ideally SaaS products.
- 5+ years as a Product Owner at a Tech company.
- Empathy for users and clients, and a strong drive to talk with them about their problems and concerns.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in a Commercial facing role a plus.
- A desire and mindset to dive into the details and consider every facet of the user journey.
- Drive to always keep learning, as we have many products used by clients across numerous industries.
