Job Description

Lifetime Windows and Siding is seeking an experienced and bi-lingual Project Manager to join our team and work in the Eagle County and Summit County markets. This role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and closing out projects while ensuring complete homeowner satisfaction. The Project Manager is accountable for the entire project scope, quality control of the install crew, and timely project completion. Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Plan, execute, monitor, control the budget, collect payments, and close out projects.
  • Daily Inspections: Conduct routine visits/inspections to assigned projects.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with homeowners, set clear project expectations, answer questions, and communicate project status.
  • Quality Control: Ensure installation quality and accuracy, provide installation support, and perform job site visits and quality checks.
  • Documentation: Track project progress, document tasks, execute field change orders, and ensure proper documentation in the CRM system.
  • Payment Collection: Collect payments from homeowners and coordinate with accounting.
  • Team Coordination: Work with install crews, sales consultants, and scheduling coordinators to ensure project timelines and quality.
  • Training and Support: Maintain ongoing training for installers, attend weekly production meetings, and provide input to management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary vocational or technical school diploma preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical, window repair, or construction preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • 2 years of replacement windows experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of PPE procedures, equipment, and techniques.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and comprehend and communicate efficiently with other employees.
  • Operate a computer with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, and utilize a smartphone for business applications.
  • Verbal and written ability to provide correspondence and status or maintenance tasks.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to time management.
  • Dependable and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently and stand for extended periods.
  • Serve as primary liaison between sales and the homeowner, providing solutions to ensure successful first-time completion.
