In this role, you'll engage leads, respond promptly to inquiries, nurture client relationships, negotiate property pricing, and surpass sales targets. Compensation includes a $500 weekly base pay, plus 6% commission for the first 60 days. Commissions increase significantly after the first 60 days.   • Monday to Friday
Experience: • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: In person Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone and text outreach
  • Make 50 cold calls per day
  • Send 100 text messages per day
  • Update CRM to track deal pipeline
  • Be available for at least 1-hour training session 3 days per week as you ramp up
  • Negotiate contracts with high-net-worth individuals
  • Clear and concise communication both internally and externally
