Job Description

We are seeking a fun, motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate teams! Part-Time and Full-Time available - This is a Commission-Only Sales position, with no limits on compensation. People in this position receive:

• Hands-on sales training to fit the modern business world from top-performing ISAs, agents and industry executives
• Individual mentoring from top-performing Business Consultants
• Real-world marketing experience and expertise

Responsibilities:

• Make calls and set appointments with prospective clients for top-performing San Diego Real Estate Agents and teams
• Opportunity to advance within the company for top performers, as well as ability to train and develop others

Qualifications: Preferred:

• College Degree (completed or in progress)
• Team experience
• Competitive nature
• Bilingual
