We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Remote International Travel Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting seamless and memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking Management: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage bookings, handle special requests, and coordinate all aspects of international travel arrangements with precision.

  • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their travel plans align with their expectations and provide any necessary support during their journey.

  • Vendor Relations: Build and sustain relationships with global vendors, securing services that meet clients' travel desires and ensuring smooth coordination across different time zones and regions.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest international travel trends, destination insights, and exclusive offerings to provide clients with the best possible travel experiences.

  • Training Participation: Engage in comprehensive training provided by the company to improve your skills in international travel planning continually.

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing any challenges that arise during the planning or execution of travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, or Mexico.

  • Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity for remote work.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset to build rapport with clients and vendors across the globe.

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication for effective coordination and interaction.

  • Self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
