Sales Representative – MEP Estimator (Great Falls, VA – In-Office Role)
MEP Estimator is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Great Falls, Northern Virginia . We provide outsourced estimating services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and test & balancing companies across the U.S.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and a basic understanding of the construction industry, particularly Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing . You will be responsible for identifying and engaging test & balancing and mechanical companies , building relationships, and convincing them to outsource their estimating needs to us .
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in construction-related fields
✅ Ability to prospect, cold-call, and build relationships with decision-makers
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated and results-driven
What We Offer
💰 Base salary + commission (competitive structure) + Bonus
