Summary:

ValidaTek is seeking a highly qualified Senior SharePoint Developer to manage all aspects of the governments SharePoint environment, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security of identified portals . This position plays an integral part in the development of strategies for optimal use of SharePoint and other collaborative tools within the organization . Further, t he Senior SharePoint Developer must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment . They will also be required to work collaboratively with other contractors and federal personnel of DHS components to ensure they are keeping abreast of activities described in the government work statement .

The Senior SharePoint Developer will work at the highest technical level of all phases of application activities and be the SharePoint t echnical point of contact for all matters pertaining to its daily operations and upgrades to the government .

Responsibilities:

• Have experience in HTML, JavaScript, C# and SQL coding .

• Develop graphical design options for MS SharePoint sites to include the use of Photoshop and InDesign .

• Provide stakeholders with regular updates/status reports during all phases of the development lifecycle

• I dentify problems, fix coding errors, and implement requested changes in a timely fashion ( in accordance with stated SLAs)

• C onduct routine, on-going communications with the COR and government PM as directed .

• Pr ovide updates on work in progress, discussing and resolving identified issues, and other matters which may arise during the period of performance

• Have excellent oral and written skills

• Provide detailed support for the creation of project plans timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate schedules and deliverables in a concise manner and ensure that deadlines are met.

• Coord i nate with other offices with corporate structure to identify addi tion resources that may develop and resent innovations /enhancement to the existing client architecture

Qualifications:

• 8+ years software development experience

• 5+ years of experience as a MS Share P oint developer professionally and up to date on the MS SharePoint standards

• A BA/BS from an accredited university

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (SharePoint) certifications
• Active Secret clearance

• Current DHS Suitability /EOD highly desired

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, technical staff, and non-technical staff.?

Posted Min Pay Rate:
USD $95,577.60/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate:
USD $159,296.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure:
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.


The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
