Store Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bike shop. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and mechanics, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and driving sales growth. Your leadership and management skills will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of Peachtree Bikes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates and mechanics to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive experience, from the moment they walk in the door to post-purchase support.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and community outreach. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintenance of the store environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget, including sales forecasting, expense control, and profitability.
  • Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff knowledgeable about the latest products, services, and industry trends.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Peachtree Bikes at local events and build strong relationships within the cycling community.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the bike industry or a related field.
