DME Academy is an elite sports academy & educational institution located in Daytona Beach, FL built for aspiring student-athletes looking to unlock their potential and reach new goals.

Role Description

The DME Student-Advisor, will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle of our Academy & Camp Sales.

Position Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential student and camp customers through daily phone calls, email, or other outreach strategies (typically 50 phone calls minimum per day)
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the academy and camp program.
  • Responsible for the lifecycle of the enrollment process for Academy and Camp Programs and serving as the point of contact for the customer for the duration of the process
  • Responsible for tours with prospective families, teams, groups, etc.
  • Responsible for creating long-lasting relationships with local schools, clubs and businesses to increase brand awareness in the local community.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective and current clients.
  • Properly and effectively use CRM software to track pipeline, sales, scheduled follow-ups, and record pertinent notes for each customer.
  • Educate customers about DME programs, benefits, etc.
  • Host prospective customers while on campus to learn about our programs
  • Host Open House and outreach events for brand awareness and business development
  • Determine customer needs and expectations while making expert recommendations to maximize the customer’s experience
  • Manage time effectively, meeting personal and company goals and working effectively with other members of the sales team
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Other duties as assigned and needed for recruiting efforts.

This role requires the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Sports Management or related business majors preferred
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling, following up on leads, and generating pipelines
  • Experience with CRM systems MS Office, and AI tools.
  • Bilingual. Proficiency in Spanish and/or another language is highly valued (applicants must be able to demonstrate fluency).
  • General knowledge of sports
  • Demonstrated track record of sales revenue
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
