3. Negotiating consents, land agreements, and resolving restrictions affecting customer installations.
4. Managing large-scale projects while providing timely updates and maintaining forecast accuracy.
5. Ensuring contractual and operational commitments are met while mitigating legal risks.
6. Collaborating with internal teams, legal experts, and external stakeholders.
7. Strengthening relationships with property owners and resolving lease-related issues.
8. Overseeing third-party vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant transactions.
9. Demonstrating strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
10. Working in a hybrid model with an emphasis on collaboration and adaptability.

Ideal Candidate for the Role:

• Experience : 3-5+ years in real estate; wireless industry experience is a plus.
• Skills : Strong contract interpretation, lease negotiations, and project management.
• Technical Knowledge : Ability to read land surveys, construction drawings, and financial reports.
