• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and brand advocate for specified vendor product assortment.
• Coach and train coworkers on new vendor technology and services.
• Utilize vendor-provided devices and accommodations to enhance product knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer groups and peers.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
